We love to move, and we’re committed to keeping it fresh, fun, and effective.
All of our classes are designed to elongate, tone, and build core strength.
​
Our Mat classes incorporate a variety of unique equipment—including 3 lb, 5 lb,
or 8 lb weights—and focus on control and proper form.
​
Our Springs classes use multi-tension springs to support
healthy muscle function and build strength.
Whether you’re just starting out or exploring something new,
we encourage you to listen to your body. We offer plenty of modifications
throughout class, and if you’re not quite ready for a group setting,
we also provide private and semi-private sessions.

We’re happy to make appropriate modifications
for pre- and post-partum mamas, too!
