We personally love to move and we want to keep it fresh, fun and effective.
All our classes strive to elongate, tone, and build core strength.
Our Mat classes are designed with a variety of unique equipment,
3 lb, 5lb or 8 lb weights, and work on control and proper form.
Our Spring classes use multi tension springs to encourage
proper muscle function and strength. If you're just starting out or trying new things,
we encourage you to listen to your body. We offer as many modifications as possible
during class time. If you are not sure that you are ready to join a class setting
we do offer private and semi private training.
We can make proper modifications for pre & post mamas too!
